Pakpobox was founded in 2014 to build a smart locker network as the last mile delivery solution for e-commerce logistics. The Pakpobox network currently covers Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia, Macau, Maldives and Myanmar, with clients including postal operators in Asia.
Pakpobox currently has about 4,000 compartment doors installed in over 70 locations in Hong Kong, including shopping malls and residential areas that handles more than 20,000 parcels every month.
Alfred, accompanied by a mobile app, partners with other businesses, thus upgrading Pakpobox’s smart lockers to provide users with services including parcel collection, ASOS returns, laundry and soup delivery service 24 hours a day, without waiting for deliverymen and opening hours of stores. The new brand acts as a link between businesses and consumers to satisfy Hongkongers’ needs in daily life.
Simply download Alfred app from the App Store or Google Play Store, place your order, and drop. your items off in Alfred lockers. Your items will be taken care of and delivered back to you perfectly. You will be notified of picking up the clothes after the items arrived
